Dribble hard 10 times with your strong hand, 10 with your weak hand, then alternate. Keep your hips low.
Set up five cones in a straight line one metre apart. Attack each cone as if it's a live defender.
Start at half-court, dribble at full speed, execute a crossover at the three-point line, and finish at the rim.
Three sessions per week will show noticeable improvement within a month.
